The new site of a wild grapevine In Bosnia and Herzegovina
One of the results of joint workshops, where were introduced the current and potential projects within the CEPF – The Mediterranean Basin Biodiversity Hotspot: ongoing and potential small and large grants in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Hutovo blato, Neretva River and Trebižat River Tributary), is coordinated reporting of participants, involving in the projects, on the findings that could be of interest to a different projects.
During the research biodiversity of underground cave fauna and bats monitoring in the lower flow of the river Bregava, it was discovered a new finding site of wild grapevine Vitis vinifera silsvestris for Bosnia and Herzegovina, about which the stakeholders of the project "Conservation of wild (forest) grapevine (Vitis vinifera ssp. Sylvestris ) in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina” have been informed.
